The 16 Mile Quickie Ride

At ages 75 and 77, when riding our analog bicycles, we are sometimes just as happy to take a short ride.

The 16 Mile Quickie Ride:

  • Does get our heart rate up
  • Is still an hour and half, or so, of constant motion
  • Allows us to do more things later in the day
  • No longer feels like we are missing out
  • Does not negate a coffee or bagel stop
  • Is okay, once we accept the reality that we do not have to ride longer or further
